This is as absurd on it's face as the 1990 law that all state garbage dumps were commanded to reduce by 50% in 1995 and to close by 2000. Now all the danged garbage is being trucked and trained to NV!!!

I think he's trying to make a hit in "Old Europe" and will try to become "head of state" in the EU comyooonutty, someway!!! (only because our USCON forbids it here)
