What are you trying to download to my system with that link? As soon as I clicked it, I got a message of a download about to happen.

I THINK it was a .wav file. Or a sound file if you aren't up on the (dot) extensions

If you right click on the link, then properties, you can read the address of the link.

It should have opened media player and played the old song "The Streak". I don't know why it tried to download.
