No I think that when Novak called the CIA they confirmed that VP worked for them.
Whole think kinda puts the CIA in a bad light can you imagine me calling
ME: "Hi CIA, can I be put throught to your secretest secretest agent."
CIA: "No problem sir, hold for a moment..."
I just don't see it happening. If VP was that important the CIA wouldn't be talking.
That's the point. If Novak talked with, let's say, Tenant about it. Tenant would have known that she wasn't Agent 99.
