And just what do you do? I work for an Advocacy Group and give my own fortune to the less needy. My electric bill is $75 a month because I live wayyyyyyyyy below my income to give to others.

It's my religious training that gives me this saying: "If you aren't living on the edge, you are taking up too much room."

It's my religious background that demands justice for the poor. I don't believe that justice, or ending poverty comes with the threat of government. That isn't Christian charity.

And just what do you give?

Good point! Our Lord told us to give away everything we own, he also said the poor are always with us, he didn't say; "render your wordly goods onto Caeser, so the poor are no longer with us".
