Some bands have played good. McCartney sounded good this afternoon. Bon Jovi sounded good from the 2 seconds MTV showed of it. Def Leppard had a good performance. Robbie Williams is playing now in London and doing a fine job. The Who and Pink Floyd come up next there.

The bad?? The rap performances. Rap wasn't made to be done live. Jay-Z sang about pimpin, bitches, and hoes. Black Eyed Peas didn't sound good IMO.

The political rants have been going on now and then. Jay-Z talked about the billions we're spending to kill people...etc. MTV is running commericals with some guy's voice talking about he doesn't understand why we're in Iraq. Another commercial playing non-stop is about gays getting harrassed.

Crap! I missed Def Leppard! I need to quit flipping away everytime a commercial comes on.

Now we can all see right before our eyes that rock is truly, truly on it's last leg; now breaking for Depends and laxative commercials.
