Russia, China vow to build a multi-polar world order

"Problems facing mankind can be solved only under a just and rational order"
MOSCOW: Russia and China have unveiled a joint agenda for building a multi-polar world in the 21st century that is singularly anti-U.S. in spirit, if not in letter.
"All countries of the world must strictly abide by the principles of mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, mutual non-aggression, non-interference in internal affairs of each other, equality and mutual benefit (and) peaceful coexistence," the two countries said in a Declaration on the World Order in the 21st Century signed on Friday in the Kremlin by the Presidents of Russia and China, Vladimir Putin and Hu Jintao.
The Chinese leader arrived in Moscow on Thursday for a four-day official visit...
