Rove married a young woman named Valerie Wainright, whose family was in the Bush social circle in Houston. (The marriage didn't last long, and Rove remarried in 1986; he and his wife, Darby, have one son.)

When the Moveon (?) protestors were picketing his house, he came outside and yelled at them about leaving his kids alone, so he evidently has a family. There's probably an official bio somewhere, but I'm too tired to google it.
