This is classic Axis rhetoric. "The Shanghai Cooperation Org" will be words that are spit out with venom, 100 years from now.
I saw this on TV this morning and this is serious. Rhetoric yes, but there is more to it than that. This is a shot across our bow and its being done very publically. This will help to solidify relation with various countries, encourage others to come on over, begin the more public aspects of arming and troop movements. They're about ready. And they are flaunting it all in our face just to see where we really stand by our reaction, and its way to quiet on our end. We have failed another test by the look of things. With there going to be a supreme court nominee in congress now and the circus that will surely shape up in the media, I am left wondering if those two won't turn up the heat in North Korea or the Middle East or even China makes a run for the Straight of Malacca and/or Taiwan. I am now expecting things to move very fast from here on out.
