FNC reporting - McConnell has said publicly he would support Roe v Wade.
What I believe he said was that, as a judge on a Court of Appeals, he had to obey precedent set by the Supremes, and Roe was such a precedent. All inferior-court judges are bound to do so by their oath. But he would be free to review Roe were he ON the Supreme Court, and I don't believe he's made any contrary commitments (nor would it have been proper for anyone to ask him to make any).
Plus she just went through the Senate, what are they going to say now? The Dems can't oppose her without looking like they want to bulldoze everybodys' house for fun and profit.
