"Nuclear bunker busters would be much less hazardous and easier to clean up."

My understanding is that we're doing research into ways of making much smaller bunker buster nukes. Smaller nukes would minimize blast damage and dispersal of radiation, and DiFi should be happy about this (but oddly enough, she isn't).
