But Norway, if not attacked? We know because the attack on Norway occurred long after Sweden had already caved.

Nordic facts about WW2
Sweden never caved in, when Germany attacked Norway and Denmark. Sweden was the only country who dared to call in the army...that day 90000 soldiers stood at the shore..2 weeks later 200000. Norway and Denmark wouldn´t do that..it might have provoke Germany!
Sweden warned Norway and Denmark 2 days before the attack! (they had a spy in Hamburg and Kiel)
England was just days away of invading Norway!
Swede´s taped the cabel between Norway and Germany for info..they allied got that information.
Russia was and is Sweden's biggest enemy, they have fought them since 1100th century, tons of materials was sent over to Finland and over 9000 swedes fought against Russia in the winter war on Finland's side.
Sweden had to balance between Russia and Germany under the whole war...and on the side help the English with information.
For example the invasion on Russia the English's learned from Sweden about 6 months before it happend. The Swedes learned it from a COOP meeting in Germany when a German officer asked if Sweden could deliver grain mm to Poland. After a few moore beer they was certain the food he asked after was for a invasion of Russia...the telegraphed it home and it fitted the puzzel they already had!
