I thought Texas was a state where the DP was actually taken seriously!!! (Or "bloodthirsty" in moonbat-speak)
Dont know about the "bloodthirsty" part but we do beleive that the death penalty deters crime and we use it often.
As for the lady that chopped her kids heads off.
She will be in for a very interesting experience when she gets to Gatesville. Before that is over she will wish that she had been executed.
Execution would be more merciful than what she is facing.
Beleive it.......
