It's definitely a "Maybe not.". Buckhead has been taken over by the 'hip hop' crowd and the associated gunfire and thuggery that accompany it.

That is a pity. I used to live there, The first apartment building behind the Alhambra Apartments on Peachtree St. My apartment and the neighborhood was the only thing I liked in Atlanta.
