Curves of the nose, lower ear, outer eyebrow different. Cheekbone, rough facial size similar. I'd say no.
Look at some photos of yourself, or your parents, at 23 and 47 and see how much difference there is in those features. I'm looking at my military ID photo, taken in 1984 and my current driver's license photo, taken in 1999, and I can see considerably difference, especially in my earlobes. Yesterday I was looking at pictures of my great-great grandmother, one taken while she was pregnant with one of her younger kids (she had about 12) and another taken with all of her kids as adults. Her ears changed quite a bit as well. Noses are harder to tell, because such photos are usually taken from the front, but I can see a definite widening and lengthening of the nose in both cases as well. I know my wife's nose has grown to look more like I remember her grandmother's nose looking like over the 35 years we've been married. Much of that change is in the cartilage arch.
And I don't even want to talk about these bushes I've got over my eyes. (Or would if I hadn't just had them trimmed last Saturday. :) )
