I would suggest that any document whose meaning was to be determined at a later date by 9 lifetime political appointees was never a contract in the first place.Will the judiciary in this country ever be held accountable for these illegal activities?

Doubtful. Besides, it'd be real hard proving the SC did anything illegal, when they were just doing what they're empowered to do.
