I don't agree with the whole Executive Agreement thing (any such thing should be done by the treaty process), but as a matter of principle I support the overall aims of CAFTA for opening new markets to American products and further eliminating ineffeciencies in our economy by allowing others to better handle what we no longer do so well. Howver I'm shocked at the desperation of the anti-CAFTA forces logic "CAFTA rhymes with NAFTA, therefore it must be bad...." The only reason to oppose CAFTA is because it is done under executive agreement process, not the constitutional TREATY process through the senate.
