Hoard Beach is an all white enclave in Brooklyn. It an Italian-American ethnic enclave. If somebody who doesn't look like they "fit in" from a physical perspective" and are behaving suspiciously, the local sort of take things into their own hands.
The prior incidnet recorded was an unabashed hate crime. This appears justified since the two perps were admittedly there to steal a car.
But don't expect that wussie major Michael Bloomberg - the Republican Democrap, to say or do anything whatsoever in case except exhonorate the two car thieves as they minorities and the attacker was white. Ditto for the New York prosecutorial staff.

I remember watching the LA Riots on TV when a truck driver trying to get though an intersection was dragged out of a truck and repeatedly beaten in the head with a brick.

The truck driver was not in the neighborhood trying to committ a crime he was there trying to earn a days pay for a days work

People trying to steal cars arent hard to spot they are looking in the windows trying the doors, looking around to see who is watching.
Yes this guy could have just driven away, but I have a feeling he has had his car stolen previously.
Many white men would have cowered in a doorway and watched as the thieves drove the car away. This fellow is fed up with piss poor police protectioon from thieves who wander in and out of a neighborhood stealing as they go. When the police cant or wont do their job who is left?

When one defends his life and the lives of his family and friends it is now called discrimination. The word discrimination is just a coined word to intimidate you out of your right of self defence. Hate crime laws are just laws against self defence.

You sound to me like a guilty white liberal that doesn't much care for other whites since you think it is OK to slur them and call them "guidos".
Unless property was damaged or stolen, the men who were attacked had not committed a crime. Their intent notwithstanding, these guys were attacked without justification.
Having said that, I wonder if a similar black on white attack would have been reported the same way.

You've probably never been victimized by a crime like this. How do you think the police would have responded if he called? If they had actually stolen the car, what do you think the owner would have had to go through? What do you think the chances are that he'd recover his property, and if so, that it would be salvageable? What do you think their punishment would have been had they actually been caught by the police and brought to trial?
Since the justice system does not deter crime - minimally punishing crimes such as car theft, people will take things into their own hands - for better or for worse. I guarantee you that THIS will be a deterrent to car theives in this neighborhood.
