Now how is this going to help Putin? Considering that those parties that support him won in a block of 3 parties? Seems he will be just as hurt by this as the opposition. This is actually more democratic because you vote for specific parties and not some umbrella that might have tons of little fringe parties that would have no chance to win otherwise: think of it this way: what if the democrats formed an umbrella with the democrat party, the libertarians, the socialists, the greens and the communists as one voting block, against the republicans. How fair is that?

It's tiring that no matter what is done over there it's all a conspiracy theory knee jerk, without anyone stopping for a second to wonder how what is being done is going to really affect the politics.

Heck, while we're at it, we might want to also concentrate on our own serfdom. As of these last 2 months, with the ruling against Medical Pot, the Federal government has demonstrated that there are no states' rights and now with the ruling on Immanent Domain that we have ZERO private property rights on top of that.
