and pull out all the stops when the crazoids on the Court decide to screw the elderly, the handicapped and the poor When he made his ruling I am sure he never thought that this could come back and slap him in the face. This is one of the best examples of someone who will either back down and change his ruling or fight against his own decision. It's beautiful!!

You have to expect these judges to twist and turn anything to suit them. I remember when a Republican candidate in Illinois (Ryan) was slapped with a court order from a lib judge to open his divorce court papers following a successful Dem/lib lawsuit which cited the publics right to know. He was forced to abandon his candidacy because of its contents. Shortly thereafter, a similar suit was filed against Kerry to open his divorce court file, citing the Ryan precedent. The liberal judge who heard Kerry's case denied any similarity and ruled against the suit to open Kerry's files. Hypocrisy? Tyranny? Yes it is.
