Thank you Ann. The Founders would never have intended for those on the Court to serve so long. Rehnquist is eighty and fighting cancer. It's not my part to tell him what to do, but does he want to die on the job? It is within Congress' to set terms for SC justices and they should do so. Ten years or twelve years or fifteen years, and you're done.
They can also take away jurisdiction and abolish federal courts but they pretend they can't. I just don't get it.
