Traffic backed up on I80 in eastern Iowa, use highway 6 or highway 30 or rural roads to get around them. Drought conditions lately.

That and smokers throwing their lit butts out the window. They cost California millions in damages, but at least the resale value of their car is improved by not using the ashtray.
