Good grief!

Why in the world would they go to the trouble of cheating in East St. Louis of all places?! I don't think there's been a single registered Republican there for over 40 years. If they're going to go to the trouble of cheating, shouldn't they at least do it somewhere they're not guaranteed to win regardless? Not only was this blatantly corrupt, it was so pointless as to be stupid.

Because every illegal vote goes in the pile and effectively cancels out a legal vote for the opponent. This isn't a victimless crime as it is active disenfranchisement of a US citizen.

Are these felony convictions? Do they lose their voting rights?
