I gotta say though, part of the blame can fall on Bush's Administration too. Moving such technology always requires the hand of present-day Gov't.

Washington, D.C. Senator Evan Bayh (D-Indiana) and Congressman Pete Visclosky (D-Indiana) are still working against the closure of the Magnequench factory in Valparaiso and its transfer to the Peoples Republic of China.
