Talk show listeners with any brains at all can detect these people in the first sentence or two.

I usually can tell by the voice and they way they speak (condescending attitude). Most liberals have a whiny and higher than normal voice. They get on my nerves almost the way chalk screeching on a blackboard does.

I have also learned to identify them by the tone of voice and how they greet the host.
