If ya can't transport, how do ya get 'em home? That's the whole thing ... you aren't supposed to take them home. From the gun store directly to jail. That's the purpose of gun control laws.

The part of Illinois I live in you may have guns. You must transport them unloaded.
The Peoples Republic of Chicago has special powers to totally ignore the Constitution. The politically connected can get special permits. The Sheriff can appoint someone a special deputy so they can be armed. Certain politicians can carry automatically if they hold certain offices. Others get police drivers.
It is really sick!
