I think this is a great gut ....BUT ... these "remarks" were made on the stand, under oath, and happened to be an untruthful answer to the attorney's question. Sorry, Mark, and experienced, high-ranking police officer shoulda known better than this.
The books are good, but his credibility will always be under a cloud ...sorta like BIll Clinton's, for misleading everyone about Monica.

To the contrary, that's exactly what you've done in the above quote. You have misrepresented my beliefs, without a shred of evidence to support your statement. I never said anything even resembling "it's ok for Terri to be killed," and you know it. Another word for misrepresentation is lie, by the way.
You were either for Terri's killing or against and since you are fighting those who were against Terri's killing/murder, you are for the killing of Terri. You can't be both for and against it, you know.
Opposing hysteria, name-calling and slander is not the same as wanting someone else to die. Disagreement is not fighting. It's sad that you seem incapable of seeing the illogic of your allegation. You are not Terri and never, ever represented her interests. To believe you or anyone else posting here at FR did is pure delusion.
Finally stopping the rapist-enabler Hillary and showing everyone that they are dangerous phonies.
To sell another book?
And you really think a book by Mark Fuhrman would do that?
Bull$hit. Part of me was against disconnecting the woman's tube, but I also recognize the rule of law, and more importantly the limits on the national government found within the Constitution, including the intent by the Framers.
If the Florida Supreme Court or Florida legislature had decided in a different manner, I would have supported that decision just as well. But you start mucking about at a federal level with a state decision to rewrite decisions as you see it, you've lost every bit of my support. The decision was up to the citizens of Florida and no one else
You've said it better than I could. I've tried to make it clear that I thought it was wrong to remove Mrs. Schiavo's feeding tube (I didn't know her, so I don't feel that I'm on a first name basis with her). And yet, those of us who think that way are referred to as the Kill Terri First crowd, Michael Schiavo supporters, Death Ghouls and all the rest, apparently because we don't think it's right to just make stuff up about those involved, call for violence, or demand that the President of the United States do something such as issue an executive order for which he has no authority under the US constitution. You know, things like that. I find it particularly interesting that people who didn't want the feeding tube removed but objected to calls to murder others involved in the case referred to as "Death Ghouls". Oh, and btw, we're not "dancing on Terri's grave", either.
"Gov Bush can believe whatever he wants. But what law did MS break that can still be prosecuted 15 years later?"
What law? Umm... could it be... MURDER? Negligent homocide? No statute of limitations on murder. He knew CPR at the time of her collapse but forgot to use it.
This does need to go to the Grand Jury for investigation. The obvious conflict of interest in having Michael's employer providing security should be checked out. The timeline of her collapse in relation to rescue measures should also be looked at under a microscope.
Mark Fuhrman solved a 25-year-old murder by a Kennedy. He is now in prison. Yes, Mark would have an impact.
Again, there is ABSOLUTELY ZERO EVIDENCE of any sort of abuse committed by MS, let alone that he caused TS's collapse.
Did you just forget about Dominique Dunne or didn't you read the book?
Mark Fuhrman is an opportunist who will use anything to make money. But there are a lot of people like that.
I appreciate a dialogue as much as the next guy, but the reason I put up the post is to try to reach Fuhrman. Do you have some help or do you just want to debate? I'd prefer the help right now. There is a reason I want to reach him. Thanks.
You are of course not serious. If you were you would be contacting him through real channels, such as the publisher?
I have tried. Thanks for all your help. I knew I could count on you and just can't wait to meet you at the next FReeper Inaugural Ball.
You have FReepmail.
Thanks for not coming to the Ball. I won't miss you.
After our public and private conversations, I urge you to drop the last two words of your screen name. The first word works just fine.
Oh, and I also now understand why you have an ex.
