"How does one recover after finding a oneness with the wolf?" Sometime thereafter, the wolf will deposit the solid evidence of your oneness in the grass. Next year there will be a monument to said oneness in the form of well fertilized grass.

I don't know, maybe one will have to lick his rear end and eat a few dog biscuits to find out.
