Its already been trampled and had a "mud hole stomped in it" The only way to get it back is to make those who did it understand that they are not immune. The only way to do that is to make them victims of their own policies. The only reason any of these jack asses made the ruling they did was because they didn't personalize the situation. They didn't stop to think that it would effect them or they didn't think it could effect them. We need to personalize it for them in as harsh a manner as possible and legal.

You are coming across as someone who will always find an excuse to not fight. The action of this developer is quite noble and justified. The evil left has been trying to impose Godless socialism on us for 75 years. Souter and the rest of the slime 5 deserve to taste the bitter medicine they imposed upon us. Those on the council could make an extremely powerful statement by agreeing to this proposal. It would send a very clear and unmistakable message to the ruling elite. Actions like this need to be taken if we have any hope of preserving our dying Republic.
