Just got this from the office of my state assemblyman Chuck Benedict. I called regarding his position on the USSC eminent domain decision. He's not in Madison now, so I couldn't get an answer from him. His assistant sent this to me. Lets hope it goes somewhere. Contact you reps. and tell them to get behind it!

Just be ready for an equally strong reaction from the League of Cities and various city officials around the country. They'll fight any ED restrictions with TV ads, smear campaigns, etc. It'll get ugly.
This is winnable, but it'll be a heck of a fight.
