I saw an interesting poll this morning regarding cancer. 41% of those polled believed that cancer surgery causes the cancer to spread. 27% of those polled believe that a cure for cancer is available but is being held back by the health care industry.
Extrapolation leads me to believe that a significant number of Americans polled on any subject are clueless.

Wonder how many believe in ghosts and aliens? There are a lot of people who figure they don't know what the truth is but what they're being told isn't it.
