I could be off base with this, but it seems to me this is of those desperate measures. You know, let's take down that slum along the shoreline and build something beautiful (and profitable). I think they are believing the BIG LIE, there is always going to be a price to pay. I can even begin to imagine the bad that can come from this. Good God help us as we slip down the slippery slope further.
I get very nervous when I hear Big Buisness and Big Government are "partnering" in anything.
I think the rule is that is you are a private citzen and own "desirable" land, you are basically a valid target for theft by those profiteers and socialists who have "better plans" for your land than you do.
