I am for real. Yes I intend to move forward quickly with this project and appreciate all of your support. With the following we can really move this forward:
1. Financial support- e-mail logan@freestarmedia.com with your desired amount and I'll figure out (as a for-profit LLC) what you'll get in return.
2. A New Hampshire attorney to donate time to move this through the Town of Weare
3. Someone to get a plot map of Souters land so we can better plan our hotel.
4. A public relations expert to help it get noticed by national media
5. An architect to offer blueprints/conceptual drawings
Oh, I forgot to mention, The Just Desserts Cafe will be selling Crow Pie!
Time is of the essence as the Supreme Court decision on Kelo will fall out of the news in a few days. We must act quickly.
Great to hear from you, sir! Be sure to keep us posted!
Good speaking with you on the phone, Logan. Are there any FReeper real estate brokers in the area? Or any FReepers in the area? Let's find a local broker who can tell us the value of the property. That is a good place to start. As a commercial real estate broker here in California, I'm in.
"The Torch and Pitchfork Lounge" has a nice ring to it.
If only Howard Roark were available...
Whatever the design of the hotel, I hope it will include a statue of Moses and the Decalogue.
Hope you will be offering black robes in the bathrooms instead of those white terrycloth ones. Also, you need a dancefloor so everybody can do some stompin' on the site!
BTTT
I just sent you an email !
Thank you! You made our day, every time we think about it we laugh. Could you possibly include Justice For All Room?
Might I suggest we try to acquire Justice Roy Moore's Commandment Monument for the rotunda?
I would be more than happy to donate a copy of Atlas Shrugged to be included in every room. Just let me know how many copies you will need. And how about a copy of Capitalism: The Unknown Ideal for those who prefer non-fiction.
BTW: It would be an honor and privilege to buy you a drink.
just keepin' track of this...
Thank you for your work on this, I'll see what I can contribute.
