Actually, they do have a vision. We simply reject it.
I think their general excuse is that they have a vision, but the voters are too dumb to get it.
After they got drug through a key hole in the '02 midterms, they said that they had a great message, but "just didn't get it out to the people."
After we wiped up the floor with them in '04, the excuse was that the electorate was too stupid to understand the "clarity" of their great message.
The truth is as you say. We get it alright, and don't want anything to do with it!
Now.........if we could only impeach those 5 SCOTUS justices, we might be able to turn things around and start moving forward........"morning in America again?"
