Oh bannie, LOL I will tell you what happened. Actually it was kind of creepy. When I was about 19 (?), a friend and I were having a couple of drinks when a guy at the bar asked if we wanted our fortunes told. Sounded like fun so we agreed. He held my friend's hand and told her that she would be very successful in all that she chose to do....Blah, blah, blah. The usual stuff. When he took my hand he said, "You are very ancient. Egyptian, I would guess." He told me nothing about my future, but had a lot to say about my past.

Fast forward seven years, I am married and my mother-in-law wanted to go to a psychic that she heard was very good. Neither my husband nor my father-in-law would take her so I said that I would. Well, we were in a room with about 15 other people and the psychic went to each person held their hands and told them about their future. When she got to me she took my hand and staggered back a foot or two. She said, "WOW" you are ancient. You are Egyptian from the 18th or 19th dynasty. Again I was only told about my past nothing about my future other than that I would be very, very ill but that I would survive and live long. Three weeks later my appendix burst and I was sick as a dog for weeks. I did survive and I have lived long.

Now, whenever I hear about a mummy I always wonder is that me? Could be! LOL!

Problems with teeth were common (still are), and in ancient Egypt, there was a lot of tiny bits of stone from the grain grinding process, which made it into the bread.
