Yes you are right he should have been thrown out of the Senate! He should have been tried for the murder of that poor young girl. I hope he rots in the lowest part of hell!! He is what is called a traitor!! And many other things!
I don't believe there's any statute of limitations on Murder in Massachusetts. I don't know about Manslaughter or Obstruction of Justice...
