The deal is consistent with the wave of anti-semitism making it's way through leftwing circles.

These two decisions dictate that Judaism (the very fundamentals of the Law of Moses) must be left outside on the lawn of the courthouse and not allowed inside.

Next will be a ruling that Jews themselves must stay out of the courts.

This is roughly the path followed in the development of anti-semitism in Deutschland in the 1930s.

Interesting that the process now has the full support of Ginsburg.

Not really. I recall many years ago a Jewish acquaintance of mine commenting that the worst anti-semites were - JINOs.

If she's not a JINO (a la Trotsky, for example), I'll eat my hat. You can't be an observant Jew and trample on most of the Ten Commandments in your public life.

Just like you can't be a Catholic or Protestant and do likewise (a la Ted Kennedy, CINO extraordianaire).
