So sad that any of those should be in the top 10. Personally, I can't decide between Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin.

You can make a strong case for those two indeed. Eisenhower also should have been in the top 10, IMO.

Agreed. While I like W he has yet to finish his debt to his country. Reagen paid his in full. Madison, Jefferson, and TR should be listed up there.
