Dogs are a great asset to us in so many ways..
Thanks M'Lady..
Hi Colleen, thanks for that pic..!
Wow! You sounded like us today. Our high was 96 but our humidity was "only" (and ours is usually less) 29%! That 70% dew point must have made it feel like you were swimming above the water today! I'm sure it makes it hard to work, especially outdoor work! *whew* Makes you wonder what it is going to be like in August! Yikes!
What a stupid ruling today..
It's an upside down world Aqua..
Hi Billie, yes I have a secret place where I hijack pledge's..
Yes, Military Monday on Tuesday is fine.. I will be in the parade Monday too..
You are Blessd DD..
Thank you Dutchess, excellent pic.!
It is truely amazing what they can do with forensic science today..
yet OJ got off..
what are you girls up too??
keepin secrets from me, that's ok, I'll figure it out.
I am sure it does, some times they almost look embarassed..
They don't expect it..
It was opressive, tomorrow I have to start a roof..
It is supposed to be 88 and humid.. Must drink water, plenty of it.
The heat in Arizona was better, it's dry 5 to 6% humidity.
Inside out and backwards.
Think what they were trying to convey is that Christianity in the USA is history. They're wrong.
Those girls are making me very nervous with all their "post a thread" talk is all!
I agree with you about the soldiers seeming embarrassed. That has happened when I say "thank you" too, and then when they realize I mean what I am saying they get these big ole grins on their faces! I love them!
Yes absolutely.. They don't expect it..
Oh, you be really careful up on the roof in that heat! Listen to your body--and please drink tons of water! (What am I saying--you have been doing this for years! LOL!) Yeah it was low humidity in AZ, but the temperature might have been 10-15 degrees hotter, too, which isn't much help!
I know with all the outside work you have to do, you are definitely ready for some cool weather to push in.
I get sick and tired of the same old arguement, "you are violating the seperation of statae clause in the Constitution".......
That one line is the basis of their arguement..
It is not in the Constitution. It is from a letter to the Danbury Baptist Church from Jefferson..
Look at the quotes on my profile page, like this one..
On seperation of Church and State
It is impossible to build sound Constitutional doctrine
on a mistaken understanding of Constitutional history...
The establishment clause had been expressely freighted with
Jeffersons misleading metaphor for nearly forty years...
There is simply no historical foundation for the proposition
that the framers intended to build a wall of seperation
[between church and state]...
The recent court decisions are in no way based on either
the language or the intent of the framers.

Oh yes, heat exhaustion, heat stroke..
Been there.. won't do it again. I know better, 28 years has taught me alot.

do you smell the sweet fragrance of a conspiracy????
lol
Well, I knew that after so much outdoor work you have done, you know better, but I am sort of a worry-wart at heart!
Plus, with this recent issue coming up, we just want you to stay healthy--they need you too much up there to change the way things are being done in your state government! You CAN'T get sick, okay? LOL! It's a new rule!
