That's very good, you're right. Utah's not at the top of my list because their homeschooling laws are pretty bad, but I'm not ruling anything out yet. Right now the top of my list is Oklahoma, believe it or not.
What have you heard about Idaho? I hear its a beautiful state. when do you think you'lll leave CA?

A friend of mine endured a year out there. Tornado season there is longer than hurricane season here. And those suckers are nasty.
That would be the top of my list too. When I read your list of four, I picked OK right away. They know something about freedom there, and the economy is has a wide range of opportunities.
If I had to go back west (I'm from AZ), I'd be looking at OK.
