Your are correct. In 1994 we exported $50.8 billion to Mexico. In 2004 we exported $110.8 billion to Mexico. Yes indeed, only a 118% increase in exports. No gain in exports at all!

I always like how you conveiently leave out the fact that we went from a trade surplus to Mexico to now having a huge trade deficit with mexico under nafta.
