Before bigamist swindler William Barber married Donna and Joyce, he married Donna and Joyce.
As well as Diana — and another woman.
Barber was arrested this month in Wharton, N.J., on charges he listed a bogus name, birth date and Social Security number on his latest marriage license. Authorities say he married and ripped off at least six wives — including the two Donnas and Joyces — and others close to him believe he may have victimized as many as 12 brides.

Now what LAW's could he have possibly broken or violated ??? Seems to me this BARBER idiot has done NO MORE than PASSED HIMSELF OFF as AN ILLEGAL ALIEN !!!
He has all the proper credentials !!!
The local authorities are not doing their job By just letting him go and looking the other way ! After all- that is the policy these days..... EERRrrrrrrr..
