That's my faith. I know it does not seem to be bolstered by strong, stupendous action amongst the citizenry...but that is the nature of people who want to just be left along to run their own lives. As the Declaration states:
"all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed"
...despite that, the framers then went on to say this
" But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security".
I believe that is still true and that time and circumstance will bring that truth to the fore in our time if these tyrants keep pushing.
In the mean time, we must all keep trying. Keep educating. Keep standing up. Keep working...and keep praying.
Just my own thoughts and inclinations on the issue.
My reading of scripture says that apostasy must happen and IS happening, and that apostasy is the cause of all this.. The only way to stop it is to stop the apostasy.. that ain't happening..
i.e it will get much much worse.. before it gets better..
And mankind has nothing to do with it getting better either..
Theres many versions of last time scenarios..(choose one)..
Actually there will be no revolution either.. sad to say in my opinion.. I like the shepard metaphor but I think if "Jesus" comes back.. hes goin to be really really pissed off.. and he ain't going to be "NICE"..
Metaphorically if he puts me on a proverbial horse.. "THEY" had better give their souls to God cause their ass is mine.. Crying won't faze me a bit..
