This has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the city the UN is located in. If the UN was located in Crawford, Texas, the President would decline. This writer needs a clue.
The celebration is taking place in San Francisco where the conference that created the UN took place in 1945. The eighty-five percent number refers to SF voters. SF is also Nancy Pelosi's (Nutcase, CA) home district.
