An Air Force pilot friend has made the exact remark. Obviously, he's been through SERE school.
He's totally disgusted with this whole play by the Dems / media.
All USAF crewmembers go through SERE, some crewmembers go through "SV 83" (at least in my day, "you won't like it, but you will never forget", those that have been know...). Guantanamo would be what my instructors would call......a cake walk.
