"He's a Reagan appointee."

Thanks for sharing that information, kesg. Very happy to know it. Now his "lecture" to this piece of slime is all the more exceptional.

Somehow, I can picture a liberal left socialist revisionist "living constitution" judge saying something like, "Make sure the bailiff doesn't place your handcuffs on too tightly, Mr. Reid........and if you encounter any RACISM while in your assigned cell, file a complaint immediately. If your copy of the Koran isn't delivered promptly by an officer wearing spotless white gloves, I want to hear about it also........and any other problems which might beset you during your stay in our regrettably shabby American detention facility."

"If you prefer to burn an American rag-flag, be sure to mention your intention to one of our potentially brutal wardens at your earliest opportunity, as I wouldn't want your to have to delay your symbolic flag-burning protest gesture, which would risk causing you to feel angry with America, and we can't have THAT!

Thanks for your response, kesg!

He's a Reagan appointee.

Imagine the exchange had it been a Clinton appointee...

He's actually a Democrat, appointed by Reagan for quick confirmation through a Democratic Senate in the eighties.
