So what do you consider it takes to "PERFORM PROPERLY"?
Do you need to drug 100%, 80%, 50%, of our children?

I am from an era when our government did not feel it was "PROPER" to drug any of it students.

I would say make proper diagnosis and provide treatment, including medication if indicated, based on proper medical scientific evidence.
BTW, do you know anyone who want to "drug" even 50% of our children?
When I pointed out 'performed properly', I meant that for definite psychiatric disorders like manic/depression or schitzophrenia. I NEVER said we should drug our children.
