I can just picture Rove going in to see GWB before that speech, saying "Hey Boss, wait'll you hear this: I'm going to slam 'liberals' for wanting to give terrorists therapy, try to understand them, all that noise, and I am not going to speak ANYBODY's specific name, or even mention a specific group - and I guarantee you as sure as night follows day, every Democrat will be shrieking murder most foul, even though I'm not going to even mention them! If you like, you can snicker and say "well, I guess their conscience must be bothering them", or you can just sit back and enjoy the laugh".
