The government will have no compunction to surrounding and murdering any who do not comply. What's required here is civil protest on a massive scale. They HAVE to get the message this time. Otherwise the two parties will simply divide and conquer and encourage apathy.
I can't see the government getting away with that more than once. With Waco, etc...they had the advantage of being able to paint the victims as nutcases. In property disputes, it's going to be hard for them to tar and feather people who are fighting to keep their private property as nuts. Most people recognize that the SCOTUS failed to do their job yesterday.
