Mayor, that is not the intended purpose of eminent domain.

The Metropolitan Transit Authority, empowered by the law that created it to condemn property within 1,500 feet of transit stations, is not "currently planning" to use that authority

That's more than a 1/2 mile swath. I didn't know about this. Scary.
