What happens in a small town, when the rich and powerful, maybe just don't like someone. What stops them from taking the guys poperty under the guise of community development?

This is the natural follow-on to Revised Statute 2477, the socialist law that is being used by rich kids to seize land from traditional ranchers in the west.
Ask Congress to repeal RS 2477 and protect private property!
